Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Gemini Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's Wills and Probate Law department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of Wills and Probate matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and the Head of Department
  • Manage a caseload of Wills and Probate cases, including estate administration, probate, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with correspondence, preparing cases, and attending clients
  • Maintain accurate time costing procedures and ensure compliance with file management
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ year's technical experience in Wills and Probate law
  • Valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying
  • Proven supervisory experience and working to key performance indicators
  • Excellent client care skills, analytical and organizational skills, and ability to use own initiative and sound judgment
  • Working knowledge of Wills and Probate work and ability to service privately funded cases
