About the Role

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing company facilities and the maintenance team, ensuring legislative compliance, and implementing strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Facility and Maintenance Teams and Contractors, primarily ensuring Safety (Work closely with H&S Manager)
  • Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme
  • Ensure company meets statutory requirements during the operation of plant/machinery
  • Manage Security and Ensure Compliance
  • Track and manage spend in line with budget submissions
  • Score and review service providers/contractors and enhance relationships
  • Ensure best practice, risk assessment compliance, compliance with risk assessments, insurance etc...
Requirements:
  • You will currently be in a similar role within a fast-paced Environment
  • Strong Leadership skills, organisational and planning skills
  • You will be a people person who enjoys working in a busy yet friendly environment
  • Mechanical/Electrical qualifications are advantageous
