**Drive Production Targets:**

**Monitor and Improve Performance:**

Monitor and provide regular feedback on team performance, identifying areas for skill development and improvement.

**Optimize Labour and Resources:**

Ensure production aligns with planned targets, optimising labour and resources.

**Maintain Key Metrics:**

Take responsibility for key metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), waste reduction, downtime, and efficiency.

**Ensure Accurate Records:**

Maintain accurate records using systems such as Autostore, Workday, SAP, and Absence Manager.

**Effective Communication:**

Ensure effective communication between shifts, teams, and departments, using structured escalation processes.

**Customer Focus:**

Foster a customer-focused approach, continually seeking ways to improve both internal and external customer satisfaction.

**Cost Reduction and Efficiency:**

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance efficiency across operations.

**Quality and Hygiene:**

Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and uphold hygiene audit standards.

**Documentation and Issue Resolution:**

Take ownership of documentation accuracy and resolve issues related to staffing, production, or equipment.

Essential Qualifications:
  1. **Proven Leadership Experience:**

Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving performance through high standards, integrity, and leading by example.

**Excellent Communication Skills:**

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, challenge, and inspire a team to improve efficiency and standards.

**Manufacturing Experience:**

Management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG.

**Lean Manufacturing Experience:**

Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated success in empowering, motivating, and influencing teams to achieve goals.

**Coaching and Development:**
