Accountant Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is working with a reputable accounting firm in Folkestone to find a skilled Accountant to fill a general practice position. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts tax and VAT preparation, as well as strong bookkeeping skills using Xero or QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare statutory accounts and assist with management accounts production
  • Prepare personal tax corporate tax and VAT returns
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties
  • Coach and mentor junior staff members and trainees
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience within an accountancy practice
  • AAT / ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
  • Hands-on experience of accounts tax and VAT preparation
