About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in the engineering of orders and bringing designs to life through CAD models and manufacturing drawings.

You will work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure every project is a success, from concept to completion. Your expertise in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, will be essential in creating and updating 3D models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks to turn concepts into reality.
  • Select and specify the right equipment to ensure technical precision and quality.
  • Manage ERP data, including Parts and Bill of Materials, for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with all SHEQ policies and procedures to maintain a safe, high-quality environment.
What You'll Bring:
  • An HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or higher).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mechanical engineering role.
  • Advanced skills in CAD software (ideally SolidWorks) to produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of rotating equipment.
