Join Our Team as a Certified Electrician

In response to the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions, Thompson Renewables is looking for a Certified Electrician to enhance our dedicated team and contribute to our projects involving Electrical, Renewable, and EV charging installations.

Key Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid ECS card (not mandatory).
  • Reliable, driven, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
  • Strong ambition to positively impact the team.
  • Capability to lead a team when required.
  • Experience in PV and Battery Storage installation is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work autonomously and complete NICEIC certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • City & Guilds Solar PV certification (not essential).
  • Experience in battery storage installation (not essential).
  • City & Guilds Testing and Inspection certification.
  • City & Guilds EV charger installation certification (not essential).

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Starting from £17.00 to £20.00 per hour, based on experience, with a review after a probationary period.
