About the Role:

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Coombe House in Kidderminster. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users who have complex needs and helping them to manage their emotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care and accessing the community
  • Assist with medication management and budgeting
  • Encourage independence skills, including shopping and cleaning
  • Communicate effectively with service users, staff, and external agencies
