Job Summary

Circet IRE & UK is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project success, ensuring compliance with regulatory measures, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage projects to deliver objectives, meet or exceed KPI targets, and ensure project compliance with local authority and statutory provisions.
  • Provide direction to project teams, including sub-contractors, and ensure resource requirements are met for project completion.
  • Manage productivity, assign roles, tasks, and responsibilities to ensure successful project completion in accordance with planning, specifications, and requirements.
  • Take ownership of commercial aspects of contracts/projects and ensure financial stability.
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve performance.
  • Develop and manage project programs to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage supply chain performance to ensure key contract objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain client and Circet's reputation.
  • Consistently demonstrate high standards of safety behavior, leading by example.
  • Ensure projects are resourced appropriately.
  • Act as a key advocate for contracts with senior representatives from local authority organizations and Circet's clients.
Health & Safety Obligations
  • Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures.
  • Ensure programs for contracts are successfully delivered in a safe, quality, and on-time manner.
  • Drive compliance to regulatory measures applicable to works and operations.
  • Ensure contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximizing efficiency and minimizing cost of failure.
  • Manage client relationships within client organizations across all areas.
  • Sponsor new ways of working to improve delivery and service, then support activities to implement change.
Requirements
  • NRSWA certification.
  • CSCS certification.
  • IOSHH/NEBOSH qualification (desirable).
  • Degree-educated or similar (desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of all HSEQ regulations.
  • Good communication, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Full driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Extensive working knowledge and supervisory experience on the Openreach network.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
