**Electronics Assembler Role at Matchtech Technology**

We are seeking skilled Electronics Assemblers to join our team at Matchtech Technology, a leading provider of technical recruitment services. As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by performing various assembly processes and specialized technical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing assembly tasks under a microscope for extended periods
  • Conducting 2nd and 3rd optical visual inspections, die attach, wire bond, stud pull, wire dressing, wire pull, shear pull, flip chip, re-flow, incoming/outgoing inspections, wafer wash, dicing, and pick & place
  • Understanding specifications and criteria for all assembly processes
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to be trained to operate assembly equipment
  • Reviewing assembly specifications to ensure protocol accuracy
Job Requirements:
  • Significant experience in electronics/electrical manufacturing
  • Preferably certified to work to IPC soldering standards
  • Comfortable with microscope visual inspection
