Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary / Benefits: £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits

Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst/ Consultant

A leading Asbestos Consultancy firm specializing in Asbestos Surveys, Site Analytical and Consultancy services is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate will carry out Asbestos Surveys and 4 Stage Clearances and Air testing, produce detailed reports on a portfolio of Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial clients. For the right individual, our client can offer structured training into Asbestos Auditing/Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites.
  • Undertaking the full range of Site Analytical duties such as 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, re-occupation, visual reinspection and personal air testing.
  • Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce site specific reports.
  • Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Ensuring all client needs are being met.
  • Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.

Requirements:

  • Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
  • Must have relevant experience working within the asbestos industry.
  • Will be knowledgeable within relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
  • Must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
