Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team at Skyborne Airline Academy. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight and simulator instruction to our trainees, ensuring they meet the highest standards of aviation training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions in accordance with our approved ATO training manual and comply with all applicable regulations.
  • Deliver effective briefings and debriefings to trainees, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Ensure the highest level of flight safety in every aspect of training, adhering to our safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative training programs, driving excellence in pilot training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training facilities, equipment, and resources, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our trainees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 500 hours of flight time.
  • Minimum 200 hours of instructional time.
  • Minimum 30 hours of Pilot In Command MEP (Land) experience.
  • UK Part-FCL unrestricted Flight Instructor with SEP (Land), Night, CPL, Instrument, and MEP (Land) privileges.
  • ICAO level 6 English language proficiency.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
  • Unrestricted UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
