Customer Service Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the shop team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work closely with the Shop Manager to maintain high shop standards and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
