Housekeeping Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Park Plaza. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide feedback to ensure the team is aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards.
- Supervise and mentor Room Attendants to develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact the delivery of our services, and implement solutions to resolve these issues.
