The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and email campaigns, to engage with decision-makers and influencers.
- Schedule sales meetings: schedule qualified leads for product demonstrations and introductory meetings with our sales team to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize Zendesk (our CRM system) to track and document all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and lead status updates.
- A results-driven individual who is determined to deliver targets and resilient in facing rejection.
- Persuasive and personable, with a passion for building relationships with customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data.
