Job Summary:

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Nurse to join our rapidly expanding nursing team. As a Pediatric Nurse - Complex Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional care to children with complex needs, working closely with our Nurse Manager Team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to children with complex needs, including those with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and dystonia.
  • Work collaboratively with Care Coordinators to ensure effective care delivery and achieve individual goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families, working within the family home to provide support and guidance.
  • Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.

Shifts and Scheduling:

  • Days and Night – 12 hours
  • Each shift will have a trained healthcare support worker on duty.

Clinical Needs and Requirements:

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Sight & Hearing impaired
  • PEG Feeding
  • Oxygen
  • Dystonia

Requirements for the Role:

  • Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
  • Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week or a 30 hour contract.
  • Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
  • Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
