We are seeking a skilled GRP Repairer/Finisher to join our team at Virtual Human Resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Repair and finish GRP components for marine clients

* Work on a variety of GRP materials, including fibreglass

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality results

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in marine repair

* Proven skills in GRP repair and finishing

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of 25 GBP

* 6-month contract with potential for extension

* 44+ hours per week, with potential for overtime

* Outside of IR35
