Driver Hire Southampton is pleased to announce a new job opportunity for a skilled Warehouse Operative. Our client, a leading specialist in creating artistic displays, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team.
About the Role:
- This is a 12-week temporary to permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coating, sanding, painting, cleaning, and using resin to complete sculptures.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have their own transport to commute to and from work, as the client's location is not easily accessible by public transport.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but not essential.
- The candidate must have a great understanding of health and safety protocols and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- They must also be self-motivated, have excellent time-keeping skills, and be able to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina is required, as the role involves manual handling and moving of goods.
