We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the scheme of work and lesson plans
  • Integrate our reward schemes into classes to motivate swimmers
  • Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its correct use
  • Conduct dynamic risk assessments to maintain safety standards
  • Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
  • Provide explanations and demonstrate modern swimming techniques
  • Develop swimmers' techniques and identify ways to improve performance
  • Create a positive and fun environment to motivate and encourage swimmers
  • Evaluate sessions and provide feedback
  • Regularly assess swimmers' ability and progress, and arrange for certificates using our online portal

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
