About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Services accounting team in processing data for consolidated supplier recharges and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process consolidated supplier recharges data using Excel and Oracle accounting system
  • Upload supplier invoices to the intranet
  • Reconcile recharge accounts on a monthly basis
  • Ensure costs are correctly recharged to the business, including resolution of coding queries
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Assistant Accountant and Property Accountant on a regular basis
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • At least two years of accounting experience
  • Strong reconciliation and double entry bookkeeping skills
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use and set-up of Pivot tables, lookups and other basic formulas
  • Good English skills – written and verbal communication
  • Experience of an accounting software package
  • Desirable criteria: good working knowledge of Oracle accounting software
