Fundraising Executive

The Individual Giving Team plays a crucial role in achieving Amnesty International UK's goal of delivering human rights impact by raising funds from supporters. As a Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for delivering direct marketing campaigns to develop and engage new financial supporters across various products, including Lead Generation and Payroll Giving.
You will work across multiple channels, including telemarketing, email, and digital, and collaborate with external agencies and other departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns to acquire new donors.
- Work with fundraising agencies, including telemarketing agencies, to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including donors and agency partners.
- Analyze statistical information to monitor and forecast fundraising performance.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture, promoting diversity, equity, and anti-racism within the organization.
- Strong fundraising copywriting skills and digital marketing knowledge.
- Experience working with fundraising agencies and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze statistical information and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Practice.
