About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our close-knit team at Inspired Selections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our high-end, family-run independent practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive eye tests, including Optomap and OCT, within 40-minute appointments.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patients in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and development.
  • Participate in shop floor activities to enhance the patient journey and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the practice through hands-on involvement and a commercial awareness.
Requirements
  • GOC registration (open to experienced candidates).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive and warm attitude, with a passion for optics.
  • Drive and enthusiasm for developing and expanding knowledge.
  • Availability to work 9:00-17:30 on weekdays and 9:00-16:30 on Saturdays (no Sundays or Bank Holidays).
