• To manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• To develop and implement menu plans, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
• To manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
• To collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
