Mortgage Broker Specialist

Mortgage Advice Bureau is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their dynamic and respected market-leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice in the KENT region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Mortgage & Protection advisor to leverage their expertise and drive success in a fast-paced and pro-active environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation and conversion of leads to achieve sales targets
- Provide top-class service to developers and clients, including excellent administration and back-office support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developer accounts, attending regular sales meetings and site visits
- Deliver professional and quality advice from the whole of the market, ensuring no stone is unturned
- Meet and exceed targets, while maintaining the company's policy of treating customers fairly
- 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage & Protection advisor in the New Homes sector
- Broker experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
- Ability to work 5 days a week, including 3-4 weekend days per month
