Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic direction of our search offering, developing services that meet the evolving needs of our clients and the industry.
- Oversee a highly skilled team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
- Work closely with our commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving pipeline and resourcing accordingly.
- Liaise with our marketing team to promote existing and new SEO services, increasing search-related work for the agency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses and digital strategies to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring our services remain relevant and effective.
- Significant leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
- First-class SEO knowledge, with at least two years of experience in a senior-level role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with key industry tools to deliver insights and create strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with executives at all business levels.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
