Job Description

Join a top-tier firm as a Risk Associate and be part of a global team that creates private wealth for high net worth clients. With a strong presence in banking and finance, this firm is a pioneer in sustainable investment, FinTech, insurance, and re-insurance.

The private client team acts for some of the world's wealthiest families and individuals, handling niche areas like IP, art, and equine matters. As a Risk Associate, you will be integral to the firm's legal and regulatory framework, providing advice and guidance on risk and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage conflicts of interest and AML/financial crime matters
  • Provide guidance on data protection, SRA Accounts Rules, and claims and complaints
  • Develop and implement key compliance processes and procedures

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced risk lawyer or someone with a background in regulatory compliance, professional negligence, or similar areas. If you have experience working in risk and compliance teams within law firms, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of PQE
  • Expertise in handling conflicts of interest and financial crime matters
  • Proven experience managing key compliance processes and procedures
