Job Title: Assistant Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Educator to join our team at N Family Kingston. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and implementation of innovative learning experiences that challenge children's learning and development.
  • Assist in the completion of high-quality assessments and planning for the children within your care.
  • Ensure smooth transitions during key periods such as sleep times, mealtimes, and outings.
  • Supervise meal times and adhere to N's mealtime policies to ensure child safety.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and promote safeguarding procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and adhere to health and safety policies.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of GBP 24,000 - GBP 26,000 per year.
  • Performance-related bonus of up to GBP 750 per year.
  • Flexible working patterns, including a 4-day 36 hour week or 5-day 40 hour week.
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks.
