Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Brain Injury Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals recovering from brain injuries, assisting them in navigating daily life and achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany clients on outings into the community, fostering social engagement and independence.
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients using their own vehicles.
  • Offer personalized assistance with personal care needs, ensuring dignity and comfort.
  • Support hydration and nutritional routines, promoting well-being and recovery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within complex care settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors with empathy and understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, dedicated to providing exceptional client care.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adhere to the specified shift schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for client transportation.
