Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at FatFace in Barnstaple. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand vision to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behavior to maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop your team to support the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
- Proactively analyze financial data and use commercial creativity to maximize sales opportunities and support in making commercial decisions.
- Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
- Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximize the stock package.
- Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards.
- Abide by all FatFace policies and procedures and comply with legal obligations.
- Deliver excellent customer service standards focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that can directly impact at all times.
- Proactively offer alternative ways for customers to buy across all of our channels.
- Ensure all crew are equipped with product training and are aware of our multichannel proposition.
- Champion the FatFace vision and values in store to keep the customer at the heart of all decision making.
- Proactively provide crew with learning, development, and coaching opportunities to aid in achieving high-performing teams.
