At Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our dynamic residential lettings team in Trowbridge. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, delegating tasks, and motivating your team to exceed performance standards and targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Running a profitable and well-organised office providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants
  • Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed performance standards and targets set
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
Requirements
  • Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager looking to progress
  • A Full UK driving licence
