SAP B1 Systems Developer

Hybrid Working in West Yorkshire

SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced ERP Developer from a SAP Business One background to join our client's IT/Transformation team. The team's goal is to optimize business processes by leveraging ERP systems, driving growth through systems integration, and developing bespoke solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the ERP Systems Manager to design and implement systems and processes
  • Develop software solutions based on provided designs
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance business efficiency
  • Manage, develop, and maintain installed systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure security systems, including backup and redundancy strategies, are in place
  • Provide exceptional first-line support to internal customers on systems-related queries
  • Work with IT support companies to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using technical knowledge and initiative
  • Provide training to staff on software, including SAP Business One, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, VOIP, and MS Teams
  • Audit systems and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Deploy new systems to live processing, either alone or with support from the ERP system support analyst

Requirements

  • Previous SAP Business One experience required, ideally 2+ years as a SAP B1 Developer
  • Essential skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, C#.NET
  • Preferred skills: Bootstrap, jQuery, Entity Framework, Power BI (Fabric) API, Graph API
  • 3+ years of development experience
  • Previous experience in similar projects, using DI API processes to integrate an ERP to a web front-end
