Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will provide administrative support to our UK Country Manager and Sales Force, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical device company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer orders and purchase orders from receipt to remittance.
  • Raise invoices and credit notes, and manage orders and invoices via Sage.
  • Liaise with NHS contacts to ensure timely payment.
  • Manage order fulfillment, customer services, and stock control.
  • Provide telephone and digital assistance to patients, guiding them through the ordering process and offering technical support.
  • Manage device inventory and liaise with our manufacturing department to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Organize travel and accommodation for staff and customers to UK and international events.
  • Manage marketing events, including exhibitions and meetings.
  • Ensure UK stock levels of marketing materials are maintained and monitored.
  • Work with the marketing team to create marketing collateral and record marketing expenses.
  • Process and administer customer quotations and contracts.
  • Liaise with hospital administration regarding stock and purchase orders.
  • Perform office administration duties, including minute taking, database management, and expense reporting.
  • Support Product Specialists with sales opportunities and identify potential leads using cold calling techniques.
Requirements
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior organization skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Sage experience preferred, NHS Supply Chain experience advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring a high level of productivity.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
