About the Role

As a Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in our communities. Your responsibilities will include:

Social Support

• Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities, such as day centers, cinema, swimming, and other events.

Personal Care

• Assisting people to maintain their wellbeing by promoting their personal care, which would include assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging visits with healthcare professionals, and incontinence care.

Practical Support

• Helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
