GVE London Ltd is a leading independent supercar showroom in the UK, operating from Uxbridge with excellent transport links. We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on responsibility and work closely with the Purchasing Manager and Sales Team to procure vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for building rapport with customers, sourcing vehicles, and representing GVE London at automotive shows and events.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Establish strong relationships with customers to encourage them to sell their vehicles through GVE London.
  2. Utilize dedicated internet platforms to source vehicles and initiate contact with customers to procure their vehicles.
  3. Occasional travel to meet clients, with the majority of time spent in the showroom.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the luxury car market.
  5. Regularly update the CRM system.
  6. Represent GVE London at automotive shows and events.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  1. Be dynamic and confident in your approach to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Be IT literate and competent in MS Office packages.
  3. Possess a professional telephone manner and proven experience in building relationships over the phone.
  4. Possess a full UK driver's license.
  5. Enjoy a 28-day holiday entitlement, including bank holidays.
  6. Access to the Employee Assistance Programme.
  7. Work a standard 5-day week, with a Saturday in rotation.

Working Conditions

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. The role offers a competitive salary of £20,000.00 per year, with additional pay through commission.
