Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UX Designer with a strong background in SaaS and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user research methodologies, a proven track record of working in agile environments, and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and scalable user experiences.
  • Conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Synthesise research findings to inform design decisions and advocate for the user's perspective throughout the product development process.
  • Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve the user experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on SaaS and enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience in user research, including planning, conducting, and analysing research activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile environments, collaborating closely with product and development teams.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and design systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, with experience implementing them in design projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • A user-first mindset with a passion for creating engaging and effective user experiences.
