Job Summary

OH Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to our onsite team of Occupational Health Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of up to 6 cases per day, providing expert clinical guidance and support to employees.
  • Health Surveillance: Conduct health surveillance activities, including health checks and risk assessments, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Health Promotion: Develop and implement health promotion programs to improve employee well-being and reduce workplace risks.
  • Fitness for Work Assessments: Conduct fitness for work assessments to determine an employee's ability to perform their job duties safely.
  • Senior Leadership: Act as a senior leader for our onsite team of Occupational Health Advisors, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent clinical practice.
  • Regional Clinical Team Management: Lead and manage our regional clinical team, ensuring that clinical standards are met and that employees receive high-quality care.
  • Performance Monitoring and Recruitment: Monitor staff performance and recruitment, ensuring that our team is equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Business Development: Assist our business to achieve financial targets by developing and implementing clinical and operational strategies.
  • Client Account Management: Provide clinical and operational advice to clients, ensuring that their occupational health needs are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience. You will also need to have previous leadership and management experience, a full driving license, and access to a car.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum, plus benefits.
