About the Role

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key player in our Real Estate practice, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile transport projects, including rail and bus reform, and developers and investors incorporating transport hubs in their ambitious regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical excellence and experience in commercial property and real estate matters
  • Work closely with our 100+ strong Transport Sector team across the firm
  • Develop or add to an existing specialism in transport projects
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Real Estate team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience and a good grounding in commercial property and real estate matters. Experience in transport or other infrastructure work would be highly advantageous.

You will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of real estate law, and a willingness to learn and develop commercial awareness. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment, where you will be required to meet tight deadlines.
