Are you an experienced Medical Field Service Engineer looking for a rewarding opportunity with a progressive organization? Join our team to deliver essential service support for a comprehensive range of medical instruments. This role primarily takes place in hospital settings and entails executing precise evaluations, calibrations, and occasional maintenance tasks. It is physically demanding and necessitates a meticulous approach.
Key Duties:
- Independently manage service agreements, ensuring outstanding technical assistance and client satisfaction.
- Perform accuracy assessments and calibrations of medical instruments across various healthcare environments.
- Employ basic IT skills for software functionalities critical to service operations.
- Act as a primary representative of the organization with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in technical support with a history of stability in previous positions.
- Proficiency in basic software applications and IT skills.
