About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and confident communicator to join our Medical Negligence team as a Clinical Negligence Support Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to our Case Handlers and Administrators, ensuring the smooth progression of legal cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide key case support to Case Handlers and Administrators, ensuring timely and effective case progression.
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel to gather information and coordinate meetings.
  • Request and manage medical records, supporting the funding process and creating court documents.
  • Delegate non-chargeable administration duties to the administration team.
  • Support Partners and Team Leaders in supervising and improving team performance.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an individual with prior legal administration experience and a proven background in a similar support administration role. If you thrive on being busy and can adapt well to new challenges, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed in this rewarding role.
