About You
We are looking for a Practice Manager with a proven track record of managing a dental practice, including experience in financial management, team leadership, and patient care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff supervision, patient care, and financial management.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improve patient satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the practice budget, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
