About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Sales Specialist to join our team at CHESHUNT BATHROOM CENTRE LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Face-to-face sales negotiation and consultation with clients to understand their bathroom design needs.
  • Respond to sales enquiries in person, by phone, and electronically to provide timely and effective support.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to successfully resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ordering materials and products from multiple suppliers to build bespoke and unique bathrooms for each client.
  • Continually update and improve product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest bathroom design trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Experience in bathroom design and/or bathroom sales is highly preferred.
  • Must have retail sales experience and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines and timescales.
  • Must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Mature and credible to represent the company in face-to-face visits and appointments.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Computer literate and able to use Google Docs, Sheets, and other software.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
  • DIY skills would be advantageous.
