Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of students in secondary schools across Oldham.
The Role:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain focused and complete pre-set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment, providing support and guidance to students as needed.
- Gain valuable experience across various subjects and year groups, developing your skills and confidence in a dynamic and supportive setting.
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject, with a passion for working with young people and a desire to pursue a career in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage groups of students and maintain a positive learning environment.
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one), ensuring you meet the necessary safeguarding requirements.
