Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookmaker Fraud Auditor to join our Security Department at Head Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in minimizing the risk of fraud, theft, and errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough shop system audits to identify errors, fraudulent bets, and incorrectly translated bets.
  • Review and verify pay-out details, settlement amounts, and bet details to ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with area operations teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with shop staff to address any concerns or queries.
  • Work closely with the Security Office Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of bets and bet settlement rules.
  • Good working knowledge of the sports betting industry.
  • Experience working in a betting shop is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use an OTT.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
