The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide comprehensive advice and support in the areas of welfare benefits and debt.
The role will involve attending the Foodbank on two mornings per week to work directly with those accessing its services.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced adviser who is used to working in partnership to produce positive outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice and support to clients in the areas of welfare benefits and debt.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide a holistic approach to client support.
- Deliver advice through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email.
Requirements:
- Experience in welfare benefits and debt advice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Hours: 10 hours per week, 2 mornings per week.
