We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Aviva, responsible for delivering transformational change across our Finance function. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create business cases, develop delivery plans, and define deliverables and outcomes.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Lead and motivate project teams to drive forward and deliver outcomes, while energizing and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
- Report to senior leaders at director level and above, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
- Proven experience in delivering change across a Finance function, with a strong understanding of project management tools, processes, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead project teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and project team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- A competitive salary of circa £65,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
- A bonus opportunity of up to 10% of annual salary, based on individual performance and company results.
