We are seeking an experienced and registered children's social worker to join our team as a Practice Educator and Workforce Development Lead. This is a full-time role (36 hours per week) that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for driving workforce development and training.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to Practice Development Officers and Workforce Coordinators in the team.
- Develop and deliver robust training programs across the workforce, including ASYE, Apprenticeships, and Step-up's.
- Coordinate, plan, design, and evaluate training opportunities for all learners.
- Support the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning in leading workforce development from a practice perspective across Children's Services.
- Current enhanced DBS Disclosure.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions.
