Criminal Justice Recovery Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker. As a key member of our integrated healthcare framework, you will provide vital support to individuals aged 18 and over who are struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-centred treatment using harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, tailored to the individual's needs.
  • Manage clients referred through the Criminal Justice system, providing integrated support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement care plans, delivering structured 1:1 and group-work sessions, including treatment programmes.
  • Collaborate with other services, such as Housing, Employment, and Healthcare, to ensure a holistic approach to recovery.
