Endoscopy Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses in the Endoscopy department.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing and Planning Patient Care: You will be responsible for assessing the needs of patients undergoing endoscopy procedures and developing individualized care plans to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Leading the Endoscopy Team: As the Endoscopy Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in the Endoscopy department, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and allied health staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in the delivery of patient care.
- Education and Training: You will be responsible for participating in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, as well as those of your team members.
- Quality Improvement: You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the Endoscopy department, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Qualifications: You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience: You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Endoscopy Nurse, with a strong background in patient care and leadership.
- Skills: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary up to £45,185.43 per annum, depending on experience.
