Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Controller with both internal and external financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and protocols
  • Manage internal management reports and external statutory filings
  • Guarantee adherence to month-end closing processes and deadlines
  • Lead the external audit engagement
  • Support various ad-hoc initiatives within the finance department
  • Oversee and finalize multiple financial submissions
  • Supervise monthly payroll operations
  • Review and optimize financial processes and procedures
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports

Required Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant or nearing qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years in a comparable position
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in SAGE 200 or similar accounting systems
  • Commercially oriented mindset
  • Capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced setting
