Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families, promoting open and honest communication.
  • Support patients in their rehabilitation journey, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
  • Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the rights and dignity of all patients.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a rehabilitation environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
