Job Title: Technical Estimator / Sales Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Technical Estimator / Sales Estimator to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating new job costings, reviewing and evaluating costings compared to company data, and producing quotations to customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new job costings and review existing ones to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
  • Work closely with customers and suppliers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
  • Provide technical support to colleagues and assist with costings
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to provide technical assistance during client meetings
  • Produce quotations for customers and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Sales Estimator / Technical Estimator / Internal Sales Engineer or an Administrator within manufacturing / engineering
  • Understanding of technical manufacturing drawings or willingness to learn
  • Commutable to our office based in Hastings
